What is the attire?
True to our tech startup roots, our conference is business casual with a heavy emphasis on casual. Jeans are encouraged. Leave your suits and dress shoes at home!
Will I have the opportunity to meet with my Motivity account manager?
Yes! Each company that attends is able to meet with their Motivity Account Manager throughout the course of the conference. Simply select ‘One-on-One Mentoring’ during your online registration process. There is no extra fee but you do need to opt in.
Can I bring my significant other?
Yes! When checking out, make sure to add ‘significant other’ to your cart for $300. They are allowed to attend all meals and events.
Will the conference presentations be available?
Yes, all conference attendees will have access to the presentations after the user conference.
Will there be recipe card books this year?
Yes! Similar to prior years, the recipe cards from each session will be assembled into a booklet available at the registration desk upon check-in. This year’s book will include a step-by-step guide to the newest administrator functions. Recipe card books are only available to those attending Mo Con.

What does my registration fee cover?
All scheduled sessions, meals and events are included with your attendee pass. Airline and hotel costs are NOT included and must be booked separately.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment must be processed at the time of registration. Offline payments are no accepted.
What is the cancellation policy for attendee registration?
Cancellations on or before June 1st will require a $300 fee.
Cancellations after June 1st will require a $450 fee.
Are there special discounted room rates?
Yes! Discounted room rates at the Four Seasons start at $290 / night.
Rates are not guaranteed after August 14, 2018.
How do I secure my room?
Call the hotel at 303-389-3000 and mention ‘Motivity User Conference 2018’ or book your reservation online here using the discount code MSUC518. This code is case sensitive. Only registered conference attendees will have this discount honored.

Hotel discounts are honored 3 days pre and post-conference. You must call in to receive this discount.
Is a deposit with the Four Seasons required to book my room?
A one-night room and tax deposit must be submitted at the time of making the reservation(s) or the room will not be confirmed.
What is the Four Seasons check in and check out time?
Check-in time is 3:00p.m. Checkout time is 12:00p.m.
What is the Four Seasons cancellation policy?
Individual cancellations prior to Tuesday, August 14, 2018, will result in a refund of the one-night deposit.
Individual cancellations on or after Tuesday, August 14, 2018, will result in a charge equal to 100 percent of the revenue for the entire reserved stay.
Which airport do you recommend I fly into?
We recommend Denver International Airport (DIA). It takes approximately 40 minutes via ground transportation to reach The Four Seasons from DIA.
What days should I travel?
We recommend flying in Sunday AM and leaving Wednesday AM. A tentative Mo Con schedule can be found here.
Is Motivity providing transportation from the Airport to the Four Seasons?
No, Motivity will not be providing transportation from the airport to the Four Seasons.
Will you have an exhibit hall this year?
When is the exhibit hall open?
10:30 am – 5:15 pm on both Monday and Tuesday
Can clients sponsor?
Yes! We have many opportunities that would be a great fit for client sponsors. Contact the Motivity Events Team for more information and special client sponsor rates.
Can I schedule meetings with partners during the conference?
Yes! You will receive a partner list with their contact information prior to the conference.
What training courses are being offered this year?
We will be hosting our beginner and advanced training courses for Motivity administrators.
When is training courses held this year?
Beginner training will be held BEFORE the conference, September 15 & 16 from 8:30 am MST – 4:30 pm MST.
Advanced training will be held AFTER the conference, September 19 & 20 from 8:30 am MST – 4:30 pm MST.
How do I register for pre and post conference training?
Training can be added to your ‘cart’ during conference registration.
Do I have to attend the conference to attend September Training?
Yes, all training courses in September are reserved for conference attendees.
Who attends training?
We encourage business users or LOS administrators to attend training as back-end procedures and practices will not be covered. Classes are capped at 15 attendees, so make sure to reserve your spot now!

Can I stay at the Four Seasons during training?
Yes! Our discounted rate of $290 / night at the Four Seasons is valid during training. To take advantage of the discounted rate at the Four Seasons during the dates before and after the conference, you must call to reserve your room.
